Searching for client accounts

2016-08-25Last updated

If the list of client accounts is long and it is difficult to find a particular account, you can search for the account name to find what you are looking for quickly.

What you should know

You can only search for a client account by its name or its client reference number. Entering text that corresponds to the administrator’s name does not yield results.

Procedure

  1. If your username is registered to multiple Stratocast™ accounts, select an account.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. In the Search box, enter the name or one or more sequential letters within the client account name that you are searching for.
The account names that correspond to your search criteria appear. To display the complete list again, clear the Search box (Blue magnifiying glass.) and press Enter on your keyboard.

Example

You have a long list of client accounts and you are searching for the client Genetec. If you are unsure of its spelling, you can type G E and press Enter. All client accounts that contain the letter sequence G E are displayed.
